FAQs

How much is the membership? Does it vary by pet?

The membership is always £33 per month. It doesn’t matter if it’s for a cat or a dog. It doesn’t matter what breed or how old. It’s always £33 per month.

Is there a commitment?

Our membership starts with a one year commitment. After that they roll over monthly and you can cancel at any time.

Is there a limit on how many times I can come in?

No! Once you are a member, you can come as often as you like. All consultations begin with an online chat. If we can give you advice on how to treat your pet at home, we’ll do that. If we feel we need to see you, then you come to see us.

Is flea and worming medication included?

We do not include medication in our membership, however our members-only pharmacy aims to have the lowest prices on the market. Flea/Worming is an optional add-on for £5.49/month for cats and £6.99 for dogs.

What if I have multiple pets?

Our membership is per pet. You can sign up as many pets as you want though!

Do you do injectables like Cytopoint, Librela or Solensia?

Yes! We can do any injectable treatment in clinic. While the appointment is always included in the membership, the medication is not. We are however on average 40% less expensive than the vets nearby.

Who are your vets? Are they experienced?

We're expanding our clinical team, as well as adding new locations. The Islington clinic is staffed by Dr. Rachel Harris MRCVS and Dr. Urte Aleksandraviciute MRCVS. All of our team is in good standing with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.

What happens if I need surgery?

Our clinics are primary care only centers which means we offer wellness, diagnostics, and non-surgical treatments. However, if someone needs a surgical intervention, we have partner clinics in the neighborhood that we can refer you to. This would not be included in your membership.

Do I still need insurance?

It’s up to you! Some of our members choose to get a low-cost insurance to cover them for surgical procedures. Our goal at Snoots is to keep your pets as healthy as possible and to do as much within your membership as we can. However, sometimes we won’t be able to avoid a surgical or specialist intervention.

How do I sign up?

Book your first appointment! Every membership starts with an appointment.

How many locations do you have?

Just the one in Islington for now! We are rapidly growing however, and will add new locations going forward!

Are travel certificates included?

AHCs (Animal Health Certificates for the EU) and Fit-to-Fly’s (certificates requested by airlines are included in your membership. Certain countries require an Export Health Certificate which our clinic is unable to provide. Please check the requirements of your destination.
